COVID-19 Update

The wellbeing of our staff, courier partners and customers is our number one priority. All our staff are either working remotely or working in individual workspaces. Common spaces and contact areas are cleaned after every use although in most cases, facilities are not being shared. Our courier partners (Royal Mail & DPD) are also operating 'no contact' collections and deliveries.

Aside from our new working conditions, we are pleased to inform you that things are very much ‘Business as Usual’ here at LightHub. Orders are being processed and dispatched on time and our courier partners are delivering parcels quickly and safely as usual. Many of our customers are working hard to keep the country safe and well lit. We are here to support your efforts.
